A proven Executive Manager with more than 35 years of experience in the highly competitive automotive finance and insurance industry, he brings deep expertise in product differentiation, marketing strategy, dealer profitability, and process management, with a strong emphasis on execution at the dealer level. Throughout his career, his focus has remained firmly on enhancing both dealer performance and customer satisfaction.
He holds a BA in Accounting and spent the majority of his career partnering with dealers while working for one of the largest OEM finance companies in the United States, gaining a comprehensive understanding of dealership operations and financial performance.
Introduced to ArcticBlast in early 2025, he quickly recognized the product’s potential as a powerful differentiator for dealers and a compelling value proposition for consumers. By enhancing A/C efficiency while delivering meaningful cost savings, ArcticBlast is positioned to become a focal product in 2026 as adoption continues to expand across the U.S.
Outside of work, he remains passionate about the game of golf and is determined to shave a few strokes off his handicap in the coming years. He has been happily married to his wife, Shirley, for 30 years and is the proud father of a grown son and daughter. He also shares his home with two French Bulldogs, Loki and King Louie—whose mention is absolutely required.

As a senior sales executive in the automotive industry, Thompson brings extensive, hands-on experience across every facet of dealership operations. Having grown up in his family’s dealership, he developed a deep, practical understanding of how to create value for both dealers and customers through innovative, value-added solutions.
Thompson joins AutomotiveMindz alongside longtime friend and partner, Ira Levin, combining a lifelong industry perspective with a strong business foundation. His leadership blends the traditions of the automotive retail business with a modern, forward-thinking approach.
Outside of work, Thompson is an avid golfer, a devoted father to two boys, and the proud owner of two rescue dogs, bringing a unique perspective and a genuine sense of humor to everything he does.

Elliot joins the AutomotiveMindz team as a Product Specialist focused on the dealer space for both new and used vehicles. With a strong emphasis on delivering value to dealers and consumers alike, he brings a thoughtful, solutions-driven approach to every engagement.
A Loyola University Chicago graduate with a degree in Marketing, Elliot adds a fresh perspective that benefits clients across the AutomotiveMindz network. Based in the Los Angeles market, he serves as a key leader for the West Coast region. Outside of work, Elliot is an avid golfer and a proud dog dad to Doug, his rescue pup from Georgia.
